About Our team
Our workshops are facilitated by Andrew Barrett and Amanda Clements, two of the most experienced workshop facilitators working exclusively in Workplace Health & Safety.
They’ve spent their entire careers inside the profession - leading teams, working with operations, and facilitating conversations in complex, high-risk environments.

We facilitate workshops aimed at improving workplace health & safety with a variety of audience and content types. This includes for Health & Safety teams, business/operational leaders and supply chain/contractor groups. Each workshop is customised to your needs so before even booking a room, we spend time with you understanding: what you want to work on, how the design and facilitation will create value and success actually looks like. Almost always it's much sooner than you think.
Firstly, our availability books up well in advance. We only open up 4 spots to facilitate workshops per month as the majority of the month is focused on delivering our PRO Performance Coaching Program (learn more about that here: safetyontap.com/pro-performance/). To reserve your preferred date, you don't need all the details figured out. When you book a call with us, we'll let you know what we need to hold your date and a timeframe for the planning process.
Secondly, a well designed and delivered workshop to achieve the results you're after needs thoughtful planning, engagement with those involved, clarity on the design aspects and buffer time for when things don't quite go to plan (like a last minute change by senior management!). As every workshop is customised, the amount of planning and preparation varies. For example a 2-day workshop with 100 operational leaders on critical risks will require more time than a half-day workshop with 6 HSE leaders to reflect on the year. As a guide however, we recommend starting to plan your workshop 6 months in advance if possible.
As every workshop is customised to your needs and therefore vary in duration, delivery mode, location, content etc. we will provide a custom quote after our initial call to explore what you are wanting to achieve. As a guide, many of our workshops range from $10k onwards.
